Step 3 · Grow

How does Web App Rocket help me market my website?

Once your site is easy to find, Grow helps you get in front of the right people: find the questions buyers ask, answer them on your site, get listed where they look, share it on social media, and see what's working. Plain-English marketing — no agency needed.

1. Your Marketing Manager

The heart of Grow: a plain-English marketing manager that tells you what to do this week — and waits for your approval on everything.

Weekly briefing

Every week you get a short briefing and three ranked actions for your site, each clearly labelled as based on your latest audit, based on your business profile, or a suggestion.

A plan you save and work through

Turn the week's actions into a saved plan: Plan → Do → Record → Adjust. Drafts are version-bound — the message you approve is exactly the message you copy out.

Ready-to-edit messages

Channel-specific message presets and an intro draft for the people you want to reach. Nothing is sent or posted automatically — you review, edit and copy each one yourself.

Audience and community discovery

Suggested communities, directories and outlets where your buyers may be — each marked UNVERIFIED until you open it and check it's a real fit.

Tracked campaign links

Links with tracking tags for each channel, so connected Google Analytics can show which channel actually brought visitors.

Weekly review

Compare this week with last: Google Analytics and Search Console numbers where connected, plus outcomes you record yourself — always labelled as self-reported, never mixed into the measured figures.

2. Find what your buyers ask

Start with demand, not guesses. These tools show what real people search for and ask AI.

Question Radar

Detects your niche and surfaces the questions people search for, with search volume where it's available.

AI Prompt Radar

The kinds of prompts people put to AI assistants about your category, so you can answer them.

Best Keywords

Search terms worth targeting for your site, with volume and difficulty so you can pick winnable ones.

Competitor & Gap Map

Terms your competitors are found for that you aren't, ranked by priority.

Topic Cluster Map

A visual map of topic groups to build authority in, showing which to cover next.

Trending

Trending topics, hashtags and communities in your niche, with suggested post ideas.

Each question is labelled by buying intent — Learning, Comparing options or Ready to buy — so you can answer the ones closest to a sale first.

3. Answer them and get mentioned

Clear answers on your site, plus mentions in the places buyers and AI assistants already trust.

Answer Pages

Draft a page built to answer one buyer question directly, then copy it onto your own site. Drafts are saved in the app; they go live only when you add them to your website.

Hangouts

AI-suggested directories, citation sources and PR outlets where your kind of business could be listed. Check each one before reaching out.

Outreach pipeline

A simple board to track link, PR and partnership outreach from first contact to listed.

Social media

Write a post once and check it fits X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, then copy it out. Automatic scheduling and publishing is coming soon.

4. Measure what's working

Outcomes, not vanity numbers: are more of the right people arriving and acting?

Business numbers

Connect Google once and your Overview shows Search Console clicks and impressions and, with Google Analytics, visitors, signups and growth over time.

AI mentions

Track the questions that matter and check whether ChatGPT and Gemini name you, how, and which competitors appear alongside you.

Tracking check

Confirms your analytics, heatmap and ad tags are installed so the numbers you see are real.

A simple weekly routine

Illustrative example of how a new site might use Grow.

  1. 1

    Pick one Ready-to-buy question

From Question Radar, choose a question like “best invoicing app for freelancers”.

  2. 2

    Draft an Answer Page

Write a direct answer in the first paragraph, add the details, then put it on your site.

  3. 3

    Tell people about it

Write one post in Social media, check it fits each channel, and share it.

  4. 4

    Get listed somewhere new

Pick one Hangouts suggestion, check it's a fit, and track it in Outreach.

What Grow doesn't do

  • Nothing is sent or posted automatically. LinkedIn, X and Meta automatic publishing through connected accounts is not configured — you review and copy every message yourself.
  • Audience research suggestions are starting points, marked UNVERIFIED until you check them. We don't guarantee any suggested site is live or will list you.
  • It doesn't send outreach emails; the pipeline is for tracking your own outreach.
  • Measurement is honest about its limits: self-reported outcomes are labelled separately from Google Analytics, and a GA4 event count is not proof of a sale or a real person.
  • Search volumes come from outside data sources and may be missing for small niches.
  • It can't guarantee first-page rankings, traffic, AI citations or real customers — only a plan, the tools, and honest measurement.

Grow questions

What does Grow mean in Web App Rocket?

Grow is the marketing step that comes after Audit and Fix. Inside the app it's the Market section: tools that help you find what buyers ask, answer it, and get your site in front of them.

Does Web App Rocket post to my social accounts?

Not yet. Today you write a post once and check it fits each channel, then copy it out. Automatic scheduling and publishing to connected accounts is coming soon.

Where do the buyer questions come from?

Question Radar and Best Keywords use real search demand data for your topic, and AI Prompt Radar looks at the kinds of prompts people put to AI assistants about your category.

Are Hangouts suggestions always accurate?

Hangouts uses AI to suggest directories, sources and outlets where you could be listed. Treat them as a starting list: open each one and check it fits before you reach out.

Will these tools get ChatGPT to recommend me?

They help you publish clear answers and get mentioned in more places, which makes you easier to cite. No one can guarantee an AI assistant will name you, so we track mentions rather than promise them.

Do the Grow tools cost Credits?

Refreshing a research tool or drafting with AI uses Credits, priced on the pricing page. The exact cost is shown before you run anything, and opening a tool to read saved results does not.

Does Web App Rocket publish to LinkedIn, X or Facebook for me?

No. Automatic publishing through connected social accounts is not configured, so nothing is ever sent or posted automatically. You review each message and copy it to the channel yourself.

How do I know the marketing is working?

Three ways, kept separate: visitor and search numbers from your connected Google Analytics and Search Console, tracked campaign links that show which channel brought visitors, and outcomes you record yourself. Self-reported numbers are always labelled as such, and a Google Analytics event count is not proof of a sale or a real person.
