Privacy Policy

What information Web App Rocket collects, why, who helps us process it, and your choices.

Last updated: 16 October 2026 (draft)

Who is responsible

This site is operated by SynaBot AI Inc. Delaware corporation, registration no. 10420285 · Registered office: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex, USA.

You can contact us about these terms, privacy questions or abuse reports at hello@webapprocket.ai.

Information you give us

Account details: your email address and password (passwords are handled by our sign-in system, not stored in plain text by us), or your Google profile name, email and photo if you sign in with Google.

Website and business details: website addresses, business profile answers (such as who buys from you, goals and channels), marketing plans and drafts, mapped analytics events, and outcomes you record yourself.

Workspace details: workspace names and the members you invite.

Information from connected accounts

If you connect Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console, we read reports for the properties you choose (for example visits, key events, search impressions and clicks) to show them in the app. You can disconnect these accounts in the app.

Information we collect automatically

Website audits: we fetch publicly available pages and files from websites you add and store the findings, scores and page details needed to show audits and track changes.

Usage of our own site: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on webapprocket.ai to understand how visitors use it. Clarity can record how pages are used (such as clicks and scrolling). See the Cookie Policy.

Technical logs: like most online services, our hosting and database providers keep technical records such as request times and errors.

How we use information

To provide audits, fixes, marketing planning and results; to run your account and Credit balance; to keep the service secure; to understand and improve our website and product; and to communicate with you about your account.

AI processing

Some features send website text, audit findings or your business details to AI model providers to generate suggestions, drafts or checks. Paid AI features show their Credit cost before you run them.

Help chat: when you ask the Help assistant a question, your question, your last few messages in that chat, the address of the page you're on and our public help notes are sent to an AI model provider to write the answer. Account details, audit results and site data are not sent. We don't save the chat; it is cleared when you close it or reload the page. Help chat is free and doesn't use Credits. Please don't type passwords or personal details into it.

Who we share information with

Service providers who help us run Web App Rocket: cloud hosting, database and sign-in; AI model providers; search, speed and website-data providers; Google (sign-in, Analytics, Search Console and fonts); and Microsoft (Clarity). We share only what each needs to do its job. We describe providers by category rather than listing every company name.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep account and audit information while your account is active, so that history and progress can be shown. If you close your account, we delete your information within a reasonable period, keeping only what the law requires (such as payment records). Technical logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting providers.

Where information is processed

Our service providers may process information in different countries, including the United States. Where the law requires a safeguard for international transfers, we rely on our providers' standard contractual protections.

Your choices

You can edit your business details and disconnect connected Google accounts in the app. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information by emailing us. We will verify the request is really from you (for example by replying from your account email) and respond within 30 days. There is no self-service export or deletion tool yet.

Security

We use access controls so workspace data is only available to its members, and payments are switched off during testing. No online service can be completely secure.

Children

Web App Rocket is built for website owners and businesses and is not aimed at children. You must be at least 16 years old to use it.

Changes

We will update this page and its date when our practices change.
