Terms of Service

The rules for using Web App Rocket, what it does and doesn't do, and your responsibilities.

Last updated: 16 October 2026 (draft)

Who we are

Web App Rocket is a service of SynaBot AI Inc. Delaware corporation, registration no. 10420285 · Registered office: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex, USA.

In these terms, “we” means SynaBot AI Inc. and “you” means the person or organisation using Web App Rocket.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the other policies linked below.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Web App Rocket. Both individuals and businesses may sign up.

What the service does

Web App Rocket scans websites you add, reports findability issues, suggests fixes, helps you plan marketing and shows results from accounts you connect (such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console).

RocketRank™ is our own indicator of how findable a site looks. It is not a Google ranking. Some findings come from direct measurements; others are educated guesses from patterns and are labelled that way. Results depend on third-party data, which can be missing, delayed or wrong.

Marketing suggestions and drafts are for you to review. We do not send emails or post to social networks on your behalf; you copy and use approved drafts yourself.

Some features are limited tests or not yet available. We describe them as such inside the app.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing, AI mentions or citations, traffic, leads, sign-ups, customers or sales. Search engines and AI tools make their own decisions. See the Disclaimer.

Your account

You can sign in with email and password or with Google. Keep your login secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for anyone you invite to a workspace.

Websites you add

Only add websites you own or are authorised to audit and market. You allow us to fetch publicly available pages and files from those sites (respecting robots.txt where our tools support it) to produce audits.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content, site details and drafts. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide and improve the service for you. We do not use your content for other customers or publish it.

Prices, Credits and payments

Our published price is $99 USD per website per year, and agencies pay the same per client website. Your first full RocketRank audit is free once per account. Metered work (such as extra audits, AI checks and research) uses Credits, and the cost is shown before you approve it. Purchased Credits do not expire.

Card payments are currently switched off while the service is in public testing. Nothing can be bought on the site at the moment, and no paid membership starts automatically.

Once payments are switched on: memberships are billed yearly in US dollars and renew automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will email a renewal reminder before each renewal. Taxes may be added where the law requires. If our prices change, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to your renewal. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to cancel and what happens to Credits and data.

Third-party services

Some features rely on other companies' services, such as Google sign-in and data, AI model providers and search-data providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Suspension and ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the service or others. Where practical we will tell you before suspending an account. To close your account, email us from your account email; after closure we keep only what the law requires (such as payment records) and delete the rest within a reasonable period.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” during public testing. Use our findings as guidance and check important changes yourself before making them.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where SynaBot AI Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware will hear disputes, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will change the “last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users.

You can contact us about these terms, privacy questions or abuse reports at hello@webapprocket.ai.
